About CLBH™ and Jeppson Law. The Clean Legal Bill of Health® is an educational framework and self-assessment platform. It is not a law firm and does not provide legal services or legal advice. 1. Personal Information We Collect

a. Information you provide to us. We collect information you choose to give us, including: • Identity and contact information — your name, email address, telephone number, and business name; • CLBH™ self-assessment quiz responses — your answers to the assessment, which may include business information you choose to share, such as your industry, approximate annual revenue range, entity and ownership structure, contracts, insurance, employment practices, and other legal-health information; • Workshop registrations — information you submit to register for or attend a CLBH™ workshop (collected through our event registration provider, Eventbrite); • Email and content sign-ups — the email address and any details you provide to receive newsletters, updates, or gated educational resources (collected and managed through our email provider, Kit, formerly ConvertKit); • Communications — information you include when you contact us through a contact form, by email, or otherwise.

b. Information we collect automatically (“Device Information”). When you visit the Website, we automatically collect information about your device and use of the Website, including IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, time zone, the pages and content you view, the website or search terms that referred you, and how you interact with the Website. We collect Device Information using cookies, log files, and web beacons, tags, and pixels. Our Website is hosted by GoDaddy, which processes server log data on our behalf.

c. Information from third parties. We may receive information about you from the service providers and platforms we use (for example, our email, event registration, analytics, and security providers), and from Jeppson Law, LLP if you separately contact the firm.

In this Policy, “personal information” refers to both Device Information and the information you provide, to the extent it identifies, relates to, or could reasonably be linked to you.

2. How We Use Your Personal Information We use personal information to: • Provide the Website and generate your CLBH™ self-assessment results and educational report; • Deliver the resources, checklists, newsletters, and workshop access you request; • Respond to your inquiries and communicate with you about the CLBH™ program; • With your consent or as otherwise permitted by law, send you educational and marketing communications (you may opt out at any time); • Operate, secure, maintain, analyze, and improve the Website and screen for fraud or misuse; • Coordinate appropriate follow-up with Jeppson Law, LLP regarding a potential consultation or legal services, where you have requested it or it is otherwise appropriate; and • Comply with applicable law and enforce our Terms and Conditions of Use.

3. The CLBH™ Self-Assessment and Your Business Information The CLBH™ self-assessment is an educational tool. Your responses may include sensitive business information. We use those responses to generate your color-coded results and educational report and, where you request it or it is otherwise appropriate, to help Jeppson Law, LLP follow up with you about a potential consultation.

Submitting the self-assessment or any information through the Website does not create an attorney-client relationship, is not legal advice, and is not a legal audit or opinion. Please do not submit confidential or time-sensitive information through the Website. See our Terms and Conditions of Use for more information.

4. How We Share Your Personal Information We do not sell your personal information for money. We share personal information only as described below: • Service providers — vendors that perform services for us, such as website hosting (GoDaddy), email marketing and delivery (Kit / ConvertKit), event registration (Eventbrite), analytics, and security and fraud-prevention providers, who are permitted to use the information only to perform services for us; • Jeppson Law, LLP — the law firm that operates the CLBH™ platform, for the purpose of responding to your inquiry, scheduling a consultation, or providing legal services you request, subject to the firm’s own confidentiality obligations once an engagement is formed; • Legal and safety — to comply with applicable law, respond to a subpoena, warrant, or other lawful request, enforce our agreements, or protect the rights, property, or safety of any person; and • Business transfers — in connection with a merger, reorganization, or sale of all or part of our business or assets.

5. Cookies, Tracking, and Your Choices Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies; some Website features may not function if you disable cookies. We honor browser-based privacy controls, including the Global Privacy Control (GPC), as a valid opt-out of “sale” or “sharing” where required by applicable law. Because there is no common industry standard, we do not currently respond to other “Do Not Track” signals.

6. Email Marketing If you sign up for our emails, download a gated resource in exchange for your email address, or register for a workshop, you agree to receive related communications, such as newsletters, updates, and educational content. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email or by contacting us. Transactional messages (for example, your requested resource or workshop confirmation) are not marketing and may still be sent.

7. Your U.S. State Privacy Rights

You may submit a request using the contact information in Section 14, or, where applicable, through a “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link on the Website. To exercise these rights, contact us using the information in Section 14.

Other States Where other state privacy laws apply to you, we honor comparable rights to access, correct, delete, and obtain a copy of your personal information and to opt out of targeted advertising and sale, as required by applicable law. 8. Visitors From Outside the United States The Website is operated in the United States and intended for users in the United States, primarily California and Utah. If you access the Website from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where data-protection laws may differ from those in your location.

9. Data Retention We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Website and the resources you request, to operate and improve the CLBH™ program, to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements, and then securely delete or de-identify it. We generally retain self-assessment responses and contact information until you ask us to delete them or until they are no longer needed for the purposes described in this Policy.

10. Data Security We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. However, no website, electronic transmission, or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You provide information at your own risk and are responsible for keeping any account credentials confidential.

11. Children’s Privacy The Website is intended for business owners and other adults 18 years of age or older. It is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 in violation of the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Third-Party Websites This Policy applies only to the Website. It does not apply to third-party websites or services we link to or that link to us, including jeppsonlaw.com, Eventbrite, Kit, or any payment provider. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties, and we encourage you to review their policies.
